Tan Dowr Autumnal Toddy

50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka⠀

50ml Golden Rum

500ml Cloudy Cider

1Tbsp Maple Syrup

1Tsp Ground Cinnamon

2 Cinnomon Sticks

Nutmeg

Method – In a large pan gently heat the Maple Syrup and the Ground Cinnamon and stir well for a couple of minutes. Increase the heat to medium and add the Tan Dowr Vodka alongside the Golden Rum for one minute. Then add the Cloudy Cider an heat for 2-3 miniutes more until warmed through. Line up your heat proof glasses and pour straight from the pan, garnish with a cinnamon stick and an little grated nutmeg in top.

Note – You can substitute some of the Cider for a cloudy Apple Juice if its a little too boozy!
