50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka
25ml Elderflower Liquer
75ml Cornish Apple Juice
Squeeze of Fresh Lime
Cucumber Ribbons
Sprig of Fresh Rosemary
Method – Shake all ingredients except the cucumber and rosemary with ice and strain into a Martini Glass
Garnish with cucumber ribbons and a sprig of fresh rosemary
