Tan Dowr Noir Blush

50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka⠀

25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice⠀

25ml Simple Syrup⠀

25/50ml Pinot Noir ⠀

10 Blueberries⠀

5 Raspberries⠀


Method – Muddle the fresh blueberries and raspberries at the bottom of a double old fashioned glass and top with ice. Add the Tan Dowr Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a mixing glass and shake vigorously until chilled and combined. Strain over ice and the berries. Carefully pour the Pinot Noir over a spoon into the cocktail to create a red wine “float”
