50ml Tan Dowr Cornish Sea Salt Vodka
25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
15ml Honey
5 Raspberries
Champagne/Prosecco
Method – Muddle the raspberries and shake with all the ingredients except the Champagne. Double strain into a coupe glass. Finally top with Champagne/Prosecco
